What do we have for you
Workshop & Networking
The carefully curated program connects students with Chief Executives and Managers across diverse industries in Malaysia.... Students will gain exclusive insights into the job market, cultivate leadership skills, and stay ahead of the curve in today's evolving society throughout the sessions. It is also expected to expand their social network, make meaningful connections, and get ready to launch their career with confidence.
Competition & Assignments
The program will be competition-based, featuring three assignments for students to complete, ... including debate, public speaking, and presentation. This structure resembles an initial probationary period, allowing employers to assess students' growth, capabilities, and values throughout the program.
Conditional Job Offers
At the end of The C.Lab, employers are encouraged to extend conditional job offers to impressive students. Students... who demonstrate outstanding performance may have the opportunity to secure a job with a salary higher than the market norm before their graduation. Upon acceptance, students are expected to join the company upon their graduation.
