You have the option to extend a conditional job offer* to students after evaluating their performance throughout the one-month program.

Institution

As the universities of participating students, you can showcase the competitiveness of your fresh graduates in the job market through The C.Lab, simultaneously enhancing your institution's reputation as a sought-after destination for further studies.

Student

As participants in The C.Lab, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure, exclusive industry insights, and career advice from employers, with the potential for a conditional job offer*. Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section. Here, we've compiled a list of common questions to provide you with quick answers and help you make the most out of our platform.

Yes, the criteria we have for participating students are that the student should be in the Final Study Year of Bachelor Undergraduate in June 2024 and the students should commit 1-month for the program (From May to June).

No participation fees required for student, university and employer. But the expenses associated with the program, including travel, and accommodation (if applicable) will be solely responsible for the individual or their organisation.

You may submit your participation inquiry to us, and we will promptly respond as soon as possible.

We expect all participating parties to commit 1 month [May & June 2024] of time to this program, which includes a total of 4 offline physical events and 2 online events.

Employers are expected to extend conditional job offers for the impressive participating students throughout the program. Students who have received a conditional job offer can then decide whether to accept the offer or not.
